Co3-CMD
Central Management Dashboard
Suite front door, module access, high-level summaries, attention queues, and command-layer audit records.
Open Co3-CMDBusiness suite command layer
Co3-CMD is the Central Management Dashboard and front door for the Co3 Suite. It reads module access from the shared co3-suite foundation while CRM, INT, and FIN remain independent apps.
Phase 2
CMD now reads the suite module registry from Supabase instead of hard-coding module status. App links remain separate Vercel deployments.
Central Management Dashboard
Suite front door, module access, high-level summaries, attention queues, and command-layer audit records.
Open Co3-CMDRelationship Management
Contacts, organisations, outreach, clients, follow-ups, relationship history, and CRM workflow hygiene.
Open Co3-CRMInternal Needs & Tasks
Internal build work, decisions, risks, approvals, agent coordination, playbook updates, and operational tasks.
Open Co3-INTFinance
Finance ingestion, reviewable bookkeeping, GST/BAS, budgets, management reporting, approvals, and cost intelligence.
Open Co3-FINExpandable suite
New business tools can be added as separate modules and surfaced through CMD without blurring data ownership.
Phase 3
What needs attention, where is it, and where do I click? CMD is now an overview dashboard for reporting, updating, and alerting to items that require attention while showing source-linked status without replacing CRM, INT, FIN, or the agent operating layer.
Contacts, organisations, follow-ups, and interaction history remain in Co3-CRM.
Internal needs, tasks, blockers, handoffs, and Rod approval work remain in Co3-INT.
Finance source of truth is planned and linked for MVP buildout.
Gateway health, handoffs, and roster coordination live in the agent operating layer and Discord audit channels.
Source-linked command queue
Read-only pointers into the source apps. CMD tells Rod where to click; the source record stays in the owning module.
CMD did not find Needs Rod, blocked, CRM follow-up, or agent-health alerts in the current summary.
